Dr. Gianrico Farrugia, Director of the Mayo Clinic Center for Individualized Medicine, took to the stage this morning to open the Individualized Medicine Conference, and to introduce Dr. John Noseworthy, President and CEO of Mayo Clinic. Dr. Noseworthy stated that Mayo Clinic decided that including medical genomics into Mayo’s future and present was essential. “We use medical genomics every day to treat our patients.”
