Eric Green, M.D., Ph.D. Opening at the Individualized Medicine Conference 2013

By

Last year's Individualized Medicine Conference in Rochester, MN, focused on the path of individualized medicine's promise to practice.  The focal point on the conference was to explore how to translate the promise of genomic medicine to your practice. Expert speakers, focused breakout sessions, real-life case studies and a poster session provide opportunities to discover and discuss emerging topics in applied genomics.

Eric Green, M.D., Ph.D. is director of the National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), a position he has held since late 2009. Dr. Green is responsible for providing overall leadership of the institute's research portfolio and other initiatives, and opened the Individualized Medicine Conference 2013.
