Wylie Burke, M.D., PhD. is chair of the Department of Bioethics and Humanities at the University of Washington and an adjunct professor of medicine and epidemiology. Dr. Burke is also a member of the Institute of Medicine, co-chairs the Institute of Medicine Roundtable on Translating Genomic-Based Research for Health and is a past president of The American Society of Human Genetics.
